Dean was a small business owner for over ten years before moving into the fitness industry in 1999. Dean himself struggling with weight whilst dealing with the everyday stresses of owning his own business, really does appreciate the struggles with weight loss.

Dean understands that reaching ones fitness goals involves more than willpower, desire or ability. It involves being emotionally excited about your fitness program and your progress. His role is a motivator; he makes workouts challenging, interesting, and fun, making it easier for his clients to adopt and maintain a habit of fitness that will benefit them from now and into the future.

He believes that when you are physically active, motivated, challenged, and emotionally psyched, then positive results are virtually impossible to avoid. Dean emphasizes exercise, a nutritious and well balanced diet, relaxation and self-care, as well as identifying and overcoming barriers that keep you from achieving success.

Dean, like his wife Kirsty, held a position with Les Mills Asia Pacific as a national and international trainer/presenter as well as a program coach.  Dean has also presented on an instructor training DVD which is distributed world wide for Les Mills International.

Never really interested in any sport herself Jane saw aerobics as a way to stay in shape that was also fun.

Now nearly 30 years later Jane has experienced and endured every fad in the fitness industry. Her passion has never stopped and today she is more focused on small groups and one on one training.

Being a mother of four children working full time and being able to maintain a consistent level of fitness Jane knows she is well equipped to help her clients with any challenge life brings.

Jane believes in walking the walk and talking the talk with her health and fitness and encourages this with clients. She is even more passionate about the importance of maintaining this philosophy as she ages. Jane often says "Bring on old age gracefully!"

The stress of life can take the focus away from your health and it is our responsibility, as trainers, to help clients work towards goals and make exercise and well being a priority in your lives.

Along side this was cross country running, with a dedicated training program for 10km to half marathon events.

Erika discovered her passion for group fitness whilst at University studying a nursing degree, fifteen years ago. Erika nursed both full and part time for 12 years on a surgical orthopedic/neurology ward; including studying a post graduate in midwifery. Even though the medical industry has had a huge impact for Erika, she decided to follow her number one passion and work in the fitness industry full time.

As a trainer, Erika believes communication, providing motivation, encouragement, coaching and sound advice are the keys to success.

Goals are always achievable if you try. One can't say 'I can't' if one hasn't tried. As Erika's philosophy states the power of the mind is an extraordinary tool - you can do anything if you try!

  • Master of  business in Leadership and organisation Dynamics
  • Certificate in III & IV in Fitness and registered with Kinect Australia
  • Authentic PUNCHFIT Trainer
  • Senior First Aid level 2 and CPR

Deanne has always had a strong interest and passion in health and wellbeing. After completing a Physiotherapy Degree, Deanne worked as a physiotherapist for eleven years, initially at Prince Henry's Hospital, and later worked alongside Ross Smith, a well known Australian Olympic Team Physiotherapist, in his private practice. Deanne then established her own private practice treating amongst other clients, those with sports and spinal injuries.

After having her third child, Deanne went back to University to complete a Master of Business in Leadership and Organisation Dynamics, allowing her to work as an external consultant in various organisations. She worked with individuals and groups focusing on such things as clarifying organisational purpose, task, roles, structures, lines of communication and authority to name a few. In essence, the work was very much about helping and motivating people to work more effectively together, and get better outcomes.

Her work and own experiences highlighted the challenges of achieving the right balance between raising a family, keeping fit and healthy, and being effective and stimulated at work. For Deanne, ‘keeping fit and healthy' was the first thing that was sacrificed when ‘life' got busy, yet was vital to being effective as a parent and at work. Taking this on board, Deanne started exercising with a personal trainer who motivated her and helped make a real difference to her fitness and overall wellbeing.

Deanne became a Personal Trainer because she believes she can ‘make a real difference' for her clients, through a combination of her unique skills and experience, positive support and motivation.
