Bootcamp - 5 week program

StudioForty6 Boot Camp has been specifically designed with two key objectives in mind. The first being the client; to provide for those who need something different to kick start their body into change or who love the outdoors and are up for a challenge. The second is to make quality training affordable for every one.

 With that in mind our five week program was birthed. The program is strategically designed to cater for all fitness levels and to incorporate all areas of fitness training. The trainers behind the planning have a diverse knowledge of different ways to stimulate the fitness systems in a safe manner due to their elite sporting backgrounds.

They are carefully chosen for their qualities. They demonstrate an uncanny ability to encourage, motivate and challenge both emotionally, physically and mentally without the yelling and screaming.

 There are many physical benefits to be gained from the StudioForty6 Bootcamp including increased cardio levels, reduced body fat and increased muscle tone. The sessions will encourage lateral thinking, leadership and camaraderie and this in turn will increase self esteem and confidence. Our mission is to leave clients feeling empowered.
