
The answer is No. The whole point of commencing an exercise program is to increase your fitness levels. StudioForty6 makes sure there are enough trainers so that the group is divided into the correct fitness levels.
Are the trainers qualified?
All are trainers have certificate 4 in fitness and are registered with Fitness Australia.
What can I expect in the sessions and what will I expect to get out of the Bootcamp?
The sessions will be varied and are based on running, jumping, body weight training, resistance bands and lots of team work so you never feel alone. The important thing to remember is to make a change you have to do different. Changing your workout schedule will change your body.

How do I pay?
To secure your position in a group you are required to pay in advance either by cheque, credit card or cash.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We train rain, hail or shine.
Can I receive a refund after the training sessions have commenced if I need to stop?
No refunds will be given after the commencement of the training program.
How do I know that I have got any benefits?
Your fitness levels will be measured on commencement and completion of the training session.
What do I wear?
Throughout the program you will be running over different surfaces - gravel, grass, sand, concrete etc...therefore you will need good quality training shoes. You will be given a StudioForty6 Done & Dusted training top that must be worn at every session other than that, get in some comfortable clothing and you're ready to go!
What do I bring?
Bring a small filled water bottle that you can carry if needed and then have a bigger one full of water in the car so you can hydrate on the way home. In summer... you may needsunscreen and a hat. In winter... you may want to wear a few layers to keep warm. Any medication you may need such as ventolin etc. would be recommended.
What if I'm running late?
Every session starts on time, so be sure to phone or SMS us in advance. If you are late the whole group has to do 100 push ups! Know our number so there are No Excuses!
