
A huge passion of the three directors of StudioForty6 is children. With two of the directors struggling with an inactive childhood understand just how important movement is. Children need an alternative to exercise if they are not athletic at school and children also need movement as an addition to enhance they ability if they are.
It is widely documented the benefits the children receive from exercise and StudioForty6 identifies the need for children to begin their lives active to stay active as they mature. It is this notion alone that inspired the team to create the kids fitness program. One that is fun, educational and beneficial in so many ways. Children will cope better with the pressures of every day decision making when they are fit and healthy.
The Kids fitness program is designed so that children will improve their strength, balance, and coordination, fine and gross motor proficiency, agility, flexibility and social skills. They will learn about health, fitness and nutrition and build confidence and self-esteem.
Our trainers, like boot camp, have all be carefully selected and all have a nationally recognized accreditation and a working with children police check. So you can be assured that your children are safe.
