On February 17th, we held our inaugural 'Inspiring Change' evening at the studio, featuring internationally renowned guest speakers Janette Murry-Wakelin and Alan Murray. The night aimed to give back to the community and to inspire and change the way we live, with Janette and Alan sharing their story of how clean eating, healthier living and exercise allowed them to run a record breaking 366 marathons in 366 days while Janette was recovering from Cancer!
