Benefits Of Being Out In Nature

Are you feeling gloomy, tired or stressed out? It is proven that just being outside in nature does your body, mind and soul some serious good. I’m all about being out and about in the fresh air, no matter what time of the year it is, or what conditions Mr Weatherman may throw at me. I get out there and have some fun and as a result my mental and physical health stay in check. My favourite things to do outdoors include; Walking barefoot outside in dirt, sand, grass and even thick mud Hugging a tree, yes I did just say that, trees give off amazing beneficial healing energies Lying flat on my back on grass - listening to the surrounding sounds of nature around me All year round being knee deep
