Not sure which session to choose? We suggest all of them. All sessions are dynamic in nature and are designed with the same goal in mind - to get and maintain a stronger, leaner, functional body for LIFE! You will experience 45 minutes of absolute inspiring fun with not one session ever being the same so your body will be challenged every time.

Our sessions are limited currently to 6-8 people to maintain social distancing. 

You can expect to flip a ViPR, push a cable, lift a weight, hang from a TRX, control a Rip Trainer, jump on a bike and pull a rower, but most of all you will be closely supervised and it will be a PERSONAL experience.
