KIDS FITNESS

Kids love mimicking their parents, they love being active and parents love their kids being educated without them even knowing it! As coaches we are often asked is the training safe and the answer is YES!! As long as the needs of the child are considered and the correct training methods are followed.

 

Our coaches have a passion for kids and our programs will help develop their gross motor skills, agility, throwing, catching, running, strength, balance, coordination drills and have lots of fun with it.
