6 Ways To Reduce Stress That Won't Cost You A Thing
S T R E S S . I don’t know about you but I hear this word far too often. Gone are the days of “I am great” or “fantastic thanks” when asked how someone is. I understand that avoiding stress is virtually impossible given that it presents in 3 different ways, but all is not lost. Stress is an umbrella term and effects us as...
Emotional – relationships
Physical – movement, work load…anything that makes you physically active.
Environmental – pollution, pesticides or hormones in foods even the electromagnetic radiation from electronic devices!

Think prevention rather than cure. Let’s not turn to these practices when you find yourself in desperate need. Start incorporating them into your daily routine NOW. You never know it might just work. In my book you don’t have much to lose given there is no cost involved, just some time. In terms of breathing correctly you can check out a blog I have written previously on correct breathing techniques. This will remind you how we used to breath as children!
