  2. Physical – movement, work load…anything that makes you physically active.

  3. Environmental – pollution, pesticides or hormones in foods even the electromagnetic radiation from electronic devices!

You may be good in one, but getting all three in check at once is tricky. All we can hope to do is to negate some of these by the choices we make. Ever wondered why there is the saying 'JUST BREATHE'? There is a very good reason for this saying and it is not just because it sounds good! The easiest and most cost effective way to reduce stress is to focus on the way in which we breathe and then by using it


I read a great article published on the American Council on Exercise (ACE) over the weekend which will provide you with 6 exercises to help reduce your stress levels.All you need to do is to find 10 minutes in your day, not even necessarily all at once, but somewhere to practice.

Think prevention rather than cure. Let’s not turn to these practices when you find yourself in desperate need. Start incorporating them into your daily routine NOW. You never know it might just work. In my book you don’t have much to lose given there is no cost involved, just some time.
