Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

We understand there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled training session or your coach may be unavailable for a scheduled appointment. In the event of this happening and we are unable to provide you with a coach OR 12 hours’ notice of inability to attend we will be very happy to provide you with a FREE session. We expect a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your session. If this notice is not received we will require FULL payment for your session. Our coaches are subcontractors and you are their income. With adequate notice they can fill that session with someone else or reschedule you that way no-one misses out! Please make every effort to arrive on time. Unfortunately, if you are late, the session MUST finish on time.

Group Training

  •  6 hour cancellation policy on all of our classes. Please take note of expiry date as they are not extendable unless you have given us prior notice in writing of a prolonged absence.

  •  Use our “StudioForty6” app to manage all of your bookings. You can book 4 weeks in advance.

  •  The monthly memberships – you are entitled to 8 week suspension per year with a minimum of 1 week at a time if we are notified prior in writing. You can do this by sending us an email to info@studio46.com.au

Personal Training

  • 12 hour cancellation policy for all Personal Training sessions

  • Training credit can be transferred to any family member or friend if notified in writing of the transfer request. 

  • We require all clients to be financial as coaches are subcontractors and will not be forwarded their payment until you have.

Personal Training duration and number of participants:

Personal Training sessions (not group training) are priced according to the length of the session, and the number of people being trained. Therefore, any changes made to the duration of your session or the number of people training may affect the price of the session and your coaches remuneration. If you train in a group you must consider how you wish to manage your group if one or more of you is absent from a session. (This applies to 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 and 1:5 etc. personal training)

You have the following options:

  1.  Provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your group to avoid losing your session and being charged.

  2.  If one or more participants are absent from a session will those absent still pay or will those that are attending pay the adjusted rate separately on the day?

Please discuss these scenarios with your coach and group and agree as to how you wish to handle them.

Price increase 

The session price may increase each year in October. We promise that the increase will never exceed 3%.



  • Your autopay will occur on a fortnightly basis or when your pack runs out from your nominated bank account or credit card.

  • If paying by credit card you will incur a cost of 2% which is charged by our third party EZIDEBIT.

  • Should you wish to suspend or terminate this autopay please provide us with 7 days written notice. 

  • The minimum term is 3 months.

  • There is a minimum suspension time of 2 weeks. Should you be away or unable to attend for less than 2 weeks, we encourage you to schedule some make-up sessions.

  • All autopays are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Late cancel or no-show may attract a $10 charge 

  • As stated by Ezidebit, it is your responsibility to ensure cleared funds are available in your nominated bank account/credit card to meet the autopay payment. If a debit is returned unpaid by your financial institution, StudioForty6 will send through an invoice for the amount owing plus $5 administration fee. It is then expected that the amount owing is paid in full immediately. If a debt remains StudioForty6 reserves the right to deny you access to sessions until such time as payment has been made.

  • Any debts over 30 days will be sent to Dun & Bradstreet for collection.
