PRIVATE TRAINING

This is our premium service where your week is planned, you programming is individualised to your needs and you have the coaches full attention. We suggest you take up our Private Taster Intro Offer of 3 x 30 minute session to get a feel for what we do and we can assess your movement patterns and guide you to the right service. 

Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in duration.

THE SEMI PRIVATE PROGRAM

This is quickly becoming one of our most popular offerings. It is perfect for those on a budget but still want the individualised program and attention from one of our experienced coaches. You will share the session with up to 3 other people but you will work on your own program.

Sessions vary from 45 to 60 minutes.

Before you commence you will receive a movement screen so we understand how you move and will help us with your programming.

Let us know if you are keen to get stuck in and work hard and we will release one of our larger packs which reduce the session rate.
