Group Training

Our group sessions focus on Energy System Training (EST) and Agile Strength designed to build fitness, speed, and resilience. They’re the perfect complement to your Personal Training or Semi-Private program, helping you move more, move smarter, and improve your overall capacity.

  • Starter Pack: 3 sessions for $55 (valid for 2 months)

PRIVATE TRAINING

Premium, fully tailored coaching built on your Movement & Strength Screen results - no guesswork, just training designed for your body and your goals.

Best for:

  • New lifters learning how to move well

  • Injury rehab or prevention

  • Specific goals (strength, fat loss, mobility, performance)

  • Anyone wanting the premium, one-on-one experience

Session Options: 30, 45, or 60 minutes

Pricing:

  • Pay-as-you-go or choose 6, 12, or 24-session bundles

  • The more you commit, the more economical your rate

  • Movement Screen included + a re-test with any bundles over 12 sessions

  • Flexible bookings

  • If you choose nutritional support then your first month is FREE

Semi Private Training

Personalised Coaching. Community Energy. Smarter Value.
Semi-Private is the sweet spot between 1:1 training and group classes. You’ll follow your own tailored program (built from your Movement & Strength Screen) while training alongside 2–3 others.

You get all the guidance of personal training, with the added motivation of a squad — and at around half the cost.

1 Session per Week + Unlimited Group Training
$75 per week

  • Includes 1 semi-private session each week

  • Make up missed sessions within 3 months

2 Sessions per Week + Unlimited Group Training
$90 per week
