“As well as an experienced personal trainer, Rachel is a qualified Exercise Physiologist who works with clients to help them manage lifestyle-related health conditions through tailored exercise programs and ongoing monitoring of these. Rachel has trained consistently with us for two years, after her 4.5 years of study, impressing us with her passion and dedication to her clients and to the exercise industry. Her focus, experience and bubbly personality has made a huge difference to her clients’ lives. Rachel has had  Personal Training and Exercise Physiology experience in a variety of public and private settings, including The Clinical Exercise Learning Centre at Deakin University, Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre, Bendigo Health and Northern health in addition to a physiotherapy clinic based within a medical centre.  During this time, she’s built a strong foundation in providing education and exercise prescription surrounding the management of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, biomechanics and gait re-training, cancer and falls prevention."- Kirsty and Dean

  • Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science - Major in Exercise Physiology

  • Registered with Exercise and Sports Science Australia

  • Certificate IV in Fitness

  • IoM Health Coach Level One

  • Working with children check

  • Senior First Aid Level 2 and CPR
